Artisan Pizza…Prosciutto, balsamic glazed onions, fresh basil, blue cheese, drizzled with rosemary olive oil (If you own any art you can’t eat, you got the wrong kind.)  $13.95

Pizza... Creamy garlic sauce topped with baby shrimp, crab meat, light mozzarella cheese, spinach, and red onions, drizzled with a spicy crème fraiche.
(You are what you eat. If you're already round, crabby, and  a shrimp, this pizza will have no affect on you.) $14.95

Risotto Of The Day…A.Q. (We use only the finest days of the week in this dish.)
 
Chipotle Prawns…sautéed prawns, spicy chipotle cream sauce with redskin mashed potatoes and corn relish (Your tongue will love this dish so much it will try to give you a high five. Then it will remember it’s only a tongue and settle for a high one.) $20.95
 
Bruschetta chicken…roasted chicken breast, topped with prosciutto, basil leaves, fresh mozzarella, with a fresh tomato pesto cream and garlic aoli and served with wild rice (You are what you eat, so if the rest of the menu frightens you, eat the chicken.) $22.95
 
Sweet Chili Glazed Ahi...served over coconut cilantro jasmine rice with honey soy beurre blanc and a spicy cucumber salad (Ahi is similar to Aha, but less enlightened and more delicious.) $25.95
Salmon Your Way…Blackened Salmon with parmesan crusted Yukon potatoes, seasonal vegetables and topped with a Cajun buerre blanc.

Grilled Salmon on a bed of redskin mashed potatoes, topped with tomato cream sauce served with seasonal vegetables and drizzled with garlic aioli.

Spring Lamb...grilled lamb loin over a wild mushroom risotto, scented with white truffle oil and served with a cranberry demi-glace, and proscuitto wrapped asparagus and fresh mint pesto. (You can lead a lamb to risotto but you can't make it loin.  Yet somehow, we did.)  $25.95
 Jambalaya…prawns, andouille sausage, chicken, sweet peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, and green onions in our spicy tomato cream sauce, served with fettuccine or jasmine rice (Biblical scholars tell us that this is the same meal that Jesus ate at the last supper. But hey, I’m sure you have a good reason for ordering something else.) $19.95
 
Gorgonzola Filet…with potato gratin, seasonal vegetables, topped with our gorgonzola butter and finished with a red wine demi-glace. (If the glace isn’t demi enough, we can demi more.) $33.95  

Barbecued Boneless Beef Short Ribs…cooked for hours until they are fork tender, served with our redskin mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables (Made from 100% boneless cows. They’re easier to catch.) $20.95
 

Spicy Marinated Lamb Fettuccini....pan seared marinated lamb, fettuccini pasta tossed with bell peppers, red onions and a garbanzo bean ragu then topped with a cool cucumber yogurt Tzatziki (If the cucumber yogurt doesn’t look cool, that’s because it doesn’t have an iPhone.) $16.95

 

Herbed Breaded Chicken Breast…chicken breast seasoned and herb breaded sautéed and served over fettuccini pasta with pancetta, fresh tomatoes, mushrooms and a gorgonzola cream sauce. (It’s as if delicious had a party and invited all of its hot friends.)  $17.95 

                                         

Scott’s Favorite Pasta…sautéed broccoli, roasted walnuts and oven roasted tomatoes with fresh garlic and herbs, tossed with penne or angel hair pasta and finished with parmesan cheese. Spicy or Mild (This dish might not turn you into a syndicated cartoonist like Stacey’s owner Scott Adams, but whatever you’re doing now probably isn’t working either.) $14.95

House Made Spinach Pasta...fresh spinach fettuccini, roasted butternut squash tossed with a brown butter parmesan sauce on a bed of baby spinach leaves and topped with toasted pumpkin seeds (We hired an actual house to make the spinach pasta because so many houses are out of work these days.) 16.95 
Crab stuffed Portabella Mushroom…penne pasta tossed in a roasted leek cream sauce with fresh baby peas, red onions and topped with a crab stuffed portabella mushroom.
(Show the portabella mushroom who is the top of the food chain. Hint: If you aren’t sure, it might not be you) $17.95

 

Stacey’s Shells & Cheese…shell pasta mixed with our special three cheese sauce, fresh tomatoes and peas, topped with an almond crust and baked to perfection (Stacey puts a little love in each pasta shell. But it’s self love, so it won’t help you that much.).$15.95

Steamed Mussels and Angel Hair Pasta...steamed New Zealand mussels over angel hair pasta with Andoullie sausage and tossed with rosemary olive oil and topped with herbed bread crumbs (This is the last item on the menu, and yet so delicious. It’s unfair. No wonder the mussels are steamed.) $17.95

There is a $15.00 corkage fee if you bring your own wine, 2 bottle limit and $25 for a 1.5 L. Ask about signed Dilbert ™ stuff up front.  The banquet room can be reserved for events and meetings.  A 20% tip will be added to all parties of six or more, at Stacey’s we pride ourselves on our quality and service and will always appreciate our customer’s feedback so send us an e-mail at manager@staceysatwaterford.com  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.  Eat your vegetables.  Beware of rogue asteroids.   Swimming is excellent exercise.  No smoking.  Stop reading the fine print.


Mahi Mahi...dusted in a house made black bean flour on a cilantro-lime couscous with baby spinach leaves, avocado adn chipotle mayonnaise. (Eating fish makes you smart.  Look across the table and then ask yourself if that is really necessary tonight.)   $23.95
